Death toll climbs in Philippines flooding

Flooding and landslides triggered by a tropical storm has killed 11 people and displaced over 360 thousand in five provinces in the Philippines.
The storm lashed the main island of Luzon for three days, dumping heavy rain before exiting Friday.
People died from drowning or were buried under landslides.
